A later expansion was completed in February 2010. It added about 139,000 square feet and brought stated occupancy to 859 beds, or 1,183 when double-bunked. NRVRJ Bond Release Meaning
A bond release ends present detention while the criminal case continues. NRVRJ distinguishes personal recognizance, unsecured bond, secured bond, and bail-ineligible status. Personal recognizance requires no money or property security. An unsecured bond relies on an agreement to forfeit money for nonappearance. A secured bond uses cash, property, or a surety.
